St. Paul workshops

Catholics in the Edmonton Archdiocese who want to learn more about the life and writings of St. Paul are invited to monthly workshops at St. Theresa Church, 7508-29 Ave.
Gerard McLarney, a lecturer at St. Joseph’s College of the University of Alberta, will lead the workshops at 7:15 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month from October through May.
The workshops will begin with the story of the early Church as recounted in the Acts of the Apostles and will attempt to encounter the beauty of the Gospel as proclaimed by the apostles.
As well as teaching at the university, McLarney is the coordinator of the archdiocese’s programs for the 2008-09 Year of St. Paul.
