U.S. sister served 16 years at U of A

Sister Therese Craig, formerly known as Sister Rose Terrence Craig, died on Sept. 11 at the Dominican Life Center here.
She was 81 years old and in the 62nd year of religious life with the Adrian Dominicans.
Craig was born in Detroit and later earned a doctor of philosophy in elementary education from the University of Alberta.
She was also a faculty member for 16 years at the U of A.
Craig was an educator for 43 years in Michigan schools. She founded the Siena Heights Children’s Theater in 1965.
Funeral services were held Sept. 16 in Adrian.
