Italian parish's Passion Play

Grade 12 student Jared Carvahlo portrays Jesus during a re-enactment of Jesus' Passion at Santa Maria Goretti Church on Good Friday, April 14. It took more than 60 student-actors and technical crew from Archbishop O'Leary High School as well as dancers from the Variations Academy of Performing Arts to bring to life the hour-long Easter story. Nearly 1,500 people attended the Passion Play, which has been presented as part of Santa Maria Goretti's Good Friday service for the past four years.
