Knights' families enjoy camping

Carson Pegasus Lake
Thirty-five families from the Knights of Columbus Nazareno Council enjoyed their first annual camping trip to Carson Pegasus Lake.
Scheduled events included prayer and family fun - a fishing derby, golf tournament and potluck dinner following Mass said by Father Peter Tran from Whitecourt filled Saturday's schedule.
A Marian Hour of Prayer began Sunday morning, followed by the saying of the rosary.
An icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe was on display and will be hosted by each Nazareno council family for one week to encourage family prayer and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
