Ward 3 — North-East EdmontonMark Razzolini
Mark Razzolini knows Ward 3 - he has lived there for 30 years. Mark is a human resources advisor at Alberta Blue Cross. He has a bachelor of arts degree (major in political science) and certificate in human resource management from the University of Alberta. Mark is an active volunteer in Edmonton focusing his energies on social issues and youth. For many years, Mark tutored and volunteered at Anne Fitzgerald and recently at Father Leo Green in Ward 3. In 1998, he joined the Adopt-A-School program at St. Catherine's School. In 1997, Mark was invited to join a team of prominent business leaders to launch the Experience Canada Youth Employment Program. He is a member of the School of Business mentorship program at the University of Alberta, and he is currently a director on the Boyle Street Co-op. Since 1998, Mark has served as vice-chair on the Diversity and Equity Network of Northern Alberta and as a director on the board of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Mark stands for: Smaller classes, diversity in teaching methods and building a strong work environment. He believes in an inclusive approach to politics. He is in constant contact with community leaders and constituents to ensure he is aware of the issues facing our children. Mark has visited thousands of Catholic homes as he believes solid decisions are based on solid feedback. Mark offers a fresh new perspective for the Edmonton Catholic school board and he is a voice that understands today's issues in education. |
