Welcome to the On-Line Archives for the Western Catholic reporter.

Currently you will find local stories from 1999 through 2005 that were published in the WCR.

In addition there are some stories from 1998. These are in reference to the Transformation of Parishes program in the Archdiocese.

Fr. Rolheiser's columns have been indexed from 1998 through 2009. We will be adding indexes for other columnist.

Because of Copyright restrictions, you might not find stories from the Catholic News Service in Washington DC or stories reprinted from other Catholic newspapers unless we have been granted the rights to reuse them in an electronic format.

There are currently several stories and pictures missing from the archive and we are endeavoring to replace them as quickly as possible. Should you find any broken links please contact me at jay@wcr.ab.ca.
