SPECIAL TO THE WCR

RED DEER – Magdalene House Society is a charitable organization in Alberta providing a home for the recovery of people who are exploited through human trafficking.

Several cyclists will take a 200-km Freedom Ride July 27-28 to raise much needed funds for furnishing and operating the home.

Three people have set a goal to cycle from Langley, B.C., and meet up with the other cyclists for the return trip from Caroline to Sylvan Lake.

Linda McCloud-Bondoc and Richard and Marian Cloutier (photo) will cycle 1,200 km for Magdalene House Society from July 14 to July 28.

To sponsor any of the cyclists please go to www.magdalenehouse.ca, go to "Donate" and use the "Canada Helps" button to make your pledge. Specify whom you wish to sponsor for the 2013 Freedom Ride.

Magdalene House Society is grateful for your support of these cyclists.
